James Robledo is a Certified Somatic Breathwork Practitioner, mental health professional, and Ordained Chaplain with over 15 years of experience in spiritual care. Trained in trauma-informed care with a specialization in recovery support, James brings a unique blend of expertise and compassion to his work. Breathwork profoundly transformed his own life, helping him release stress, heal past trauma, and reconnect with his authentic self.
Today, James guides others on their healing journeys, addressing challenges such as anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and spiritual struggles. By combining evidence-based techniques with holistic care, he creates a safe, supportive space for transformation and growth, empowering individuals and groups to find balance and rediscover peace in mind, body, and soul.
Tiffany is a Certified Somatic Breathwork Practitioner dedicated to mental health, trauma recovery, and raising awareness for domestic violence, substance use disorder, and suicide. Her own journey through mental health struggles, trauma, illness, and burnout ignited her passion for helping others heal. Through somatic breathwork, she reclaimed her life and now empowers others to embark on their own paths to well-being.
Blending breathwork with mindfulness and science-based techniques, Tiffany cultivates a compassionate space, deeply rooted in safety for healing and renewal. She supports clients navigating stress, anxiety, trauma, and burnout, fostering self-awareness and emotional resilience. Mariah’s personal transformation began when she realized that trying to change others was a way of avoiding her own growth. Stuck in fight-or-flight mode and cycles of burnout, she found her way back to herself through breathwork, reconnecting with her emotions, her body, and her true purpose.
As a world traveler who values a simple life and dreams of building a family, Mariah cherishes meaningful connections and authenticity. She loves adventures—climbing mountains, backpacking, and pushing herself out of her comfort zone—to learn more about herself. In this chapter of her life, she is repairing her relationship with women and building deep friendships rooted in vulnerability. Now, as a breathwork practitioner, Mariah leads sessions with deep trust in the body’s innate wisdom and ability to heal.
