MEET THE FOUNDERS

Hi, we’re Mike and Mariah, the heart behind Exhale Somatic Breathwork. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of guiding thousands through the transformative power of breathwork, helping individuals release emotional burdens, find clarity, and reclaim their lives.

Mike, a military veteran and former corporate executive, found healing through breathwork, which inspired him to create Exhale Somatic Breathwork. Now, he helps others transform their lives by guiding them through breathwork and offering comprehensive training programs for future leaders in the field.

Mariah’s personal journey with breathwork led her to rediscover her true purpose and connect deeply with her body and emotions. As a breathwork practitioner, she empowers others to heal from the inside out and step into their full potential.

Together, we’ve shared breathwork with substance abuse recovery centers, correctional facilities, wellness retreats, blue-collar workers, and organizations across Idaho. We’ve seen firsthand how breathwork can transform lives and entire communities.

Exhale was born from our desire to share the tools that helped us reconnect, heal, and grow. Through our certification program, we’re empowering others to bring this life-changing practice to their own communities.

We believe that every breath holds the power to transform, and we can’t wait to help you harness that power—for yourself and for others.

So, How did

we get here?

Our personal struggles became the catalyst for the work we do today. Through these challenges, we discovered that healing starts from within, and that true transformation comes when we reconnect with our bodies and release what holds us back. Breathwork gave us the tools to not only heal ourselves but to fully embrace the lives we were meant to live.

Having experienced the profound impact of breathwork firsthand, we are now passionate about helping others do the same. The tools that helped us navigate our own struggles have allowed us to guide thousands of individuals toward healing, self-discovery, and growth. It’s our mission to share these life-changing techniques and empower others to transform their lives—and the lives of those they serve.
